EnableMart All-Access Workstations are just that; all-access solutions. We have designed the All-Access Workstation for public facilities such as One-stop employment offices, Libraries, and Universities. The All-Access system is set up to provide universal access to organizations who encounter patrons with a wide range of abilities and needs. Six Step Implementation Process

EnableMart has been providing both institutions and end-users with assistive technology (AT) solutions since 2000. In an attempt to provide customers with the best possible service and support, EnableMart suggests the following six step approach to developing an accessible environment.

1.    Needs Assessment - Assessing your facilitys needs is the key to determining the type of AT that will best satisfy your patrons needs.

2.    Workstation Design - Once the needs of youre patrons have been determined the design of your custom workstation will begin. Your customized workstation will contain all the hardware and software needed to successfully serve your identified patrons.

3.    Workstation Build-out and Installation - Once your personalized workstation is designed and the appropriate products have been selected, the installation process begins. Depending on the installation option you choose, we can travel to your site and set up your workstation at the location of your choice.

4.    Staff and Patron Training - At EnableMart we believe training to be a key component to the successful introduction of AT to your staff and patrons. We have several training packages available for you to choose from. Ideally, we like to spend a several days at your location training key staff members of your choice. We provide extensive hands on training that will leave your staff with the confidence they need to assist patrons as necessary.

5.    Workstation Support - We know that assistive technology can be tricky for new users and that sometimes challenges arise. For this reason we offer an unprecedented 2 years of free technical support with all workstation orders. All questions big and small can be forwarded to us, via phone or email, and we will promptly address your needs. We encourage questions from staff as well as your patrons. You can feel confident in your choice when you purchase your AT through EnableMart, as you will be building an ongoing partnership.

6.    Workstation Marketing - We think that true success lies when individuals who will benefit from your new equipment are aware of its existence and visit your facility to use it. We have developed a marketing package that will help you communicate your new accessibility to your community and invite new users into your facility. We can assist you with press releases, marketing campaigns, newsletter, etc. to help ensure that your new workstation is a huge success.
