QualiSPEAK Pro is the perfect, easy-to-use and fast communication application for every person who cannot speak or can speak with difficulty. Users will be able to verbally communicate by entering any text or selecting any Speech Items which will be automatically read out loud. User can create and manage categories where phrases or words, related to the subject of the category, can be stored and organized as Speech Items.

The most advanced text-to-speech engines used by QualiSPEAK generate high quality speech, almost indistinguishable from a human one. User can choose between more then 20 different languages.

QualiSPEAK Pro is fully compatible with other QualiLife's software like QualiKEY, QualiEYE, QualiCLICK or any other external tracking device like SmartNav, Tracker One, Head Master, Joystick or switch.

QualiSPEAK Pro allows any person to speak with friends, colleagues, relatives, to the doctor or anyone else. In combination with a portable computer like notebooks or TabletPC, mobility is also guaranteed.

Main Functions
QualiSPEAK Pro allows the user to create an unlimited number of Categories where to store texts, words, names, etc. as Speech Item. In this way, the user needs only one click to speak out loud any Speech Items. It is also possible to enter any free text into the Free Text field for speaking on the fly. This text will not be saved.

QualiSPEAK Pro can be fully customized according to the user language and needs.

Categories
The Categories have the purpose to better organize all the Speech Items (words, phrases and sounds) that the user inserts. Categories can be organized as the user wants, even in sub-categories (child). There is no limit to the number of categories.

In order to modify, create or delete categories, you can use the buttons on top of the screen or by just using the right button of the mouse. For users with no difficulty in using the mouse, it is possible to use the drag & drop function to move categories.

Speech Items
In each Category, you can create as many Speech Items as you want. A Speech Item can be a single word (like "Hallo"), a phrase (like "Good morning, my name is John") or a sound (any wave files).
For each Speech Item, any image can also be assigned. By default, QualiSPEAK Pro assigns a standard image which can be modified anytime. The format of the image can be : JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg), Bitmap (.bmp), Icons (.ico), Enhanced Metafile (.emf) and Windows Metafiles (.wmf).

Free Text
In the Free Text field, you can write any text which will be read out loud by clicking on the Read button on the right of the Free Text field. This field will not save the written words or sentences. The Free Text field follows the Windows configuration of the Font size and format.

Text-To-Speech Engines
QualiSPEAK Pro is able to manage any Text-To-Speech engines (voices) Sapi 4 & 5 compliant. There are several TTS in more than 20 languages available on the market, which have to be installed and registered in your computer and QualiSPEAK Pro will automatically detect them.
