accessaphone™ is a software application that enhances the accessibility and usability of the phone system. It gives VoIP and digital telephone users the choice to use keyboard controls or spoken commands to perform call functions - including dial, hold, transfer, and conference, just to name a few.
Item# CM10630
Windows 7
Compatible!
accessaphone™ controls a digital or TDM phone (or it can enhance a soft phone application on your computer) using a computer to provide call functions.
Through the use of accessaphone's built-in Text-To-Speech Voice Commands using Dragon NaturallySpeaking or a standard mouse (can be turned on or off), intuitive Hot Keys (D for dial, H for hold, etc.) and editable font sizes throughout the application, accessaphone provides world class access to many communication devices for users with various levels of vision, mobility and cognitive abilities.
There are two basic approaches to using accessaphone with a hard phone or soft phone. The Instant Flexibility feature enables you to use any method or routine that is comfortable for you, and you are not required to change any settings or options at any time.
As you are using your telephone, accessaphone will fade into the background but it is always ready to be used when you need it.
Example: You decide to place a call, so you pick up the handset and place it close to your ear for talking and listening purposes. You can then dial the number by using the telephone keypad or you may place the call through accessaphone by using the keyboard.
When the call connects, you may talk and listen via the telephone handset or speakerphone as desired, but you still have the option of using accessaphone keystrokes at any time during the call, without a delay. Simply bring accessaphone into focus in Windows and then you can use accessaphone commands, such as:
Alt + H to place the caller on Hold
Alt + T to transfer the call
Space Bar to answer an incoming call. accessaphone will automatically place the first call on hold and answer the second call when the space bar is tapped.
Send digital replies (numbers) to an automated system or to enter your password
Perform all other basic and advanced functions supported by accessaphone.
accessaphone™ is ready to be used when you need it!
