These solutions allow the disabled individual to determine the most appropriate way of using the program, independently and according to specific user's needs and disability.

The appearance of the software can be totally personalized: the program can be tailored, at any time, to specific user's ability and needs.

Software Platform
QualiWORLD® has been conceived as a platform, offering many great benefits; for example when the user set up or modify QualiWORLD configuration according to the specific needs, all the related applications are automatically updated and managed in the same way, using for example the same language, mouse replacement system, keyboard layout, speech engine, and so on.

In addition to that, all QualiWORLD's applications work together and are connected one to each other. For example, user can write a text using QualiWORD and automatically send it by SMS using QualiSMS or by e-mail with QualiMAIL, without closing an application and running another one. Or the user can turn on the radio with QualiRADIO and the lamp on the desk with QualiHOME, while surfing the Internet with QualiSURF.

QualiWORLD is a very simple system to operate and to understand, can be tailored to any specific need and be the ideal solution for any disabled person. QualiWORLD has functions for the slightly disabled and the completely paralyzed user.

Computer Access Solutions replacing standard Mouse and Keyboard

Mouse control:
• Auto-Scan: items on the computer screen are sequentially and automatically highlighted, one after the other. When the desired function is highlighted, the user activates the switch (or left mouse button) to make his selection. User can manage the click of the mouse by any external switch.
• Manual-Scan: items on the computer screen are sequentially highlighted by pressing on the switch. The user can make his selection by keeping the switch pressed (scan with 1 switch) or by activating a second switch (scan with 2 switches).
• Radar Mouse: a colored line (from the center to the border of the screen) scans the computer screen (360°). With any external switch, the user can stop the line with a click. An animated cursor starts moving from the center of the screen following the line. When the cursor reaches the desired function (intersection), user activates the switch and makes his selection.
• XY Mouse: an horizontal line scans the computer screen from top to bottom. When the line reaches the height of desired button, the user activate the switch and the line stops moving. A vertical line starts the scanning from left to right, and when it reaches the desired intersection point (button), the user can activate the switch to make his selection.
• Direction Mouse: the cursor is moved using one of the 8 arrows pointing in different directions (up, down, left, right, 4 oblique directions). Arrows are highlighted sequentially, user clicks on the desired direction and cursor begins moving. A second click stops the cursor.
• Tracking Mouse: the cursor on the screen is controlled by simple head movements. A standard USB WebCam captures user's movements and the software translates them into onscreen cursor movement, in real time. Users do not have to attach anything to their body. QualiWORLD is also compatible with any external switch.

Mouse Click control:
• Auto-click: stops the cursor on the desired function or command button and the click is automatically activated by the system.
• Gesture Recognition: use a body gesture to perform the click on the selected button (Tracking Mouse).

Onscreen Keyboard:
• QualiKEY: is one of the most advanced onscreen keyboards and includes a complete Layout Editor, a multi language and intelligent Word Prediction system with an advanced Vocabulary Editor and Words Import features, Expansion & Abbreviation features with Editor, Macros and much more ...
