Programmable Buttons
This model is equipped with a 6-button mouse, including the clickable roll.
Additional software is available for the PC to make these buttons programmable without charge (excluding the clickable roll). |
The clickable roll can be switched on and off by holding down the two lower buttons and the roll 3 seconds at the same time. The function of the click feature is "double-click" on PCs.
If the user wishes to rotate Trackbar Emotion™ 180 degrees this can be done by pressing the switch key on the bottom of the mouse. This will reverse the roll function 180 degrees and the switch of the buttons is made in the control panel of your operative system. |
The default position is with the roll closest to the keyboard. The option to rotate the device 180 degrees is available for those who feel more comfortable using Trackbar Emotion™ with the roll closest to the body.

Customize Trackbar Emotion™ with Additional Software -
Trackbar Emotion™ is a plug-n-play device meaning that you do not need to install any additional software. The plug-n-play version has pre-defined functions for each button. PC-users who would like to change the buttons’ pre-definition can download free additional software.
With the software installed, you can program any button to do whatever you like – open programs, define shortcuts, etc. You can also choose to use any of the device’s 8 languages. In the plug-n-play version Trackbar Emotion™ uses the language of your operating system.

"The most unique feature of the Trackbar is, well, the trackbar. As I was typing, the smooth gray “log” was within reach with my palms and thumbs, or a short move away to reach with my fingers. The trackbar rolls forward and back and slides from side to side. It seemed weird at first, but it was incredibly comfortable and intuitive. Have you ever tried navigating your mouse ball with your thumbs? It doesn’t really work. The trackbar however, was surprisingly easy to maneuver with either my fingers, thumbs, or even the palms of my hands."
