The hand-held Coin-U-Lator makes coin counting easy and fun! Instead of standard numbers on a regular calculator, this device uses realistic coin buttons and a dollar bill.
    For example, to enter 10 cents, just press the dime, to enter 25 cents, press the quarter, etc.
The talking Coin-U-Lator says the amount as it is entered (e.g. "ten cents") and gives sound prompts when needed.

Coin Calculator

I use this with my students and like this because they think of it as a type of calculator. As you push the coins, the amount increases or decreases. The coin-u-lator also can be set to read money using the dollar sing or to say 3 pennies is 3 cents. If you buy the kit, you get worksheets that become increase in skill.
