Now includes a text to speech engine (synthesizer) exclusion list. This
external file contains information on known problem synthesizers that may be
locked to another access technology product eg. TruVoice TTS engine and
therefore can not be accessed by EasyConverter. The editing of the exclusion
list will require administrator's rights and with the assistance of your
Dolphin dealer or a member of Dolphin's Product Support Team.
