Privacy Notice
EnableMart respects your privacy and recognizes your right to protection of all personal information you share with us, including your name, address, email address, telephone number, etc. You are welcome to visit EnableMart anonymously. Your internet address (IP address: the address of your computer) is logged to help us learn which parts of the web site you visit and how long you spend on individual pages. EnableMart does not link your IP address to any personally identifiable information. Your browser automatically informs us of its name and version number; again, however, no personal information is gathered. Our log files help us administer the site by keeping track of referring url pages and access times.
Limited Information Gathering
Like most commercial web sites, EnableMart uses cookies so we can better serve you with tailored information when you return. Cookies are small text identifiers sent to your computer to facilitate subsequent visits. Most browsers let you define preferences to notify you when you are sent cookies and let you decide whether to accept or reject them. Virtually all browsers let you remove cookies from your computer. Cookies cannot retrieve information from your computer, spread viruses, or capture your email address. EnableMart uses the information collected with cookies to track site use and improve our service to you and other visitors. EnableMart does not use cookies to gather personal information about you.
No Sharing of Personal Information
Our site does not share your personally identifiable information with third parties, except as mentioned in this privacy statement. We do however share aggregated statistical information with our partners regarding sales statistics. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information. We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Choice
EnableMart collects personal information voluntarily supplied by you when you order products, enter contests, or complete surveys. EnableMart clearly informs you in advance, and explains how this personal information is to be used. You have a right not to provide this information. If you choose not to provide such information, you are still welcome to visit EnableMart, but may be unable to participate in certain options, offers, and services. For our promotional content and newsletter, you can always unsubscribe by selecting the "remove me" link located at the footer of every promotional mailing and/or newsletter.
Correcting, Updating, and Deleting
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate that user's personally identifiable information provided to us. This can usually be done at the "Your Account" page or by filling out the Contact Us form. You may also notify us by standard mail at the address listed below.
Uses of Personal Information
If you supply EnableMart your postal address, we will send periodic mailings to inform you of new products, services, events, etc. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please let us know by filling out the Contact Us form or writing to us at EnableMart c/o School Health Corp., Inc. - 5353 South 960 East Ste 200, Salt Lake City, UT 84117. If you supply EnableMart your telephone number while ordering a product or products, you may be contacted by telephone regarding your order or orders; we do not, however, share customer or visitor telephone numbers with other organizations. On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send you an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.
Security
EnableMart takes all appropriate and reasonable steps to protect all information you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure. Of course, when entering sensitive information on the website we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt the transmission of your information. As you enter personal information (such as your password or address and phone number), SSL encodes it so that it is available only to you and the customer service representatives who will help make sure your order processes smoothly.
Notification of Changes
If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. However, if you have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated your account, then you will not be contacted. Nor will your personal information be used in this new manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post a notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices. Securing Passwords

Pricing or Typographical Errors
While School Health Corp. strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. School Health Corp. cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, School Health Corp. shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, School Health Corp. may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will be charged upon ordering and your order will be shipped within the time stated on the product description page or mentioned under the "Shipping" section of the website. If your order is unable to ship within 24 hours, we will hold your funds as a deposit on the goods until the product ships. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after payment received, we will issue a credit by the charged payment method for the amount of the charge.
Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales
School Health Corp. reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same payment account and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, or same email address. We will provide notification to the customer email and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied. School Health Corp. also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers. General
This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of School Health Corp. to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit School Health Corp.'s rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Utah law as such law applies to agreements between Utah residents entered into and to be performed within Utah. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this site must be brought in the state or federal courts of Utah.
Colors and Finishes
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or finish will be accurate.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold School Health Corp. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.
Termination
