Speech Buddies Speech Therapy Guides - Singles (Choose: R, L, S, SH, CH) 8647A5F
Speech Buddies help children overcome articulation disorders – faster. Individual Speech Buddy tools are great for home practice & carryover and can help give each student a sense of "ownership" over his own therapy and progress.
Whether your client is new to speech therapy, resistant to therapy, or in group therapy, Speech Buddies will complement your current practice and can help you overcome the challenges you face on a day-to-day basis. This system will allow you to treat more clients, faster, and more effectively. Unlike oral motor methods which focus mainly on training muscle strength during non-speech exercises, Speech Buddies work by providing targets and tactile feedback inside the mouth during actual speech. The individual Buddies have been designed by a team or speech-language pathologists and engineers to treat target the five hardest to treat problem sounds – R, S, L, CH, and SH. Also, unlike most other products in the SLP toolbox, Speech Buddies are supported by rigorous clinical trials, enable carryover with online word games for home speech therapy practice, and are listed with the FDA.
