This 1 Year Braille Sense Maintenance Agreement prepays for any labor charges due to repair. Special priority is given to repairs, plus a prepayment of return shipping is included. One preventative maintenance cleaning is included. This service does not cover repair parts, software upgrades or the shipping cost to get the unit to the manufacturer. It covers labor and return shipping from Manufacturer back to the owner. As in the case of all repairs, the manufacturer always makes an attempt to provide prompt repairs and we stock a variety of repair parts, but repair turn around time is dependent on the availability of replacement parts.
