You may order from any product page on our website by simply entering the quantity that you wish to purchase and clicking the Add to Cart button. You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed with Secure Checkout. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation within approximately 24 hours that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped which will include your order summary.
Stock Status: The "in stock" status on producs is not real time and may take a couple days to update.

Please ensure you are using a valid Purchase Order number issued by your business office. The cost of duplicate orders become the responsibility of your organization.

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders delivered to CA, FL, IL, IN, NC and SD. Tax will be calculated after your order is processed online. If you are exempt from sales tax and are not in the State of CA, please enter your Tax Exempt Number under the billing address information when registering, or you can update that information by accessing the My Account link at the top of every page. If you enter a tax exempt number, please send us a copy of your tax exception certificate for our file.
Status of Orders/Backorders
You can access the tracking information of your online order directly from our website. After you log in, you will be able to click on the My Account link on the top of any page and click on My Orders to view status of orders placed online.
For orders that were not placed online, to check status simply send an email to our Customer Service Team or call us at 888.640.1999 to check status on your order. Please include your School/Company Name, Address, Purchase Order Number, and any other information that will help us locate your order.
On-line orders are immediately processed. To cancel an order, you must call our Customer Service Team at 866.323.5465 as soon as possible. If your products have not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order. If the products have been shipped and you absolutely need to cancel the shipment, then simply refuse the delivery of the order from the carrier. Next Day or Second Day charges are not refundable.
